Ingredients:
1-2 lbs beef stew meat ΒΌ cup or so seasoned flour (flour with pepper and seasoned salt) 2 or more Tbs oil 1-2 lg onions 4-6 potatoes 1 can stewed or diced tomatoes Italian seasoning to taste Pepper to taste Directions: 1. Dredge stew meat in seasoned flour 2. Heat oil in soup pot 3. Brown meat with onions 4. Add potatoes, tomatoes, and seasonings 5. Add enough water to cover 6. Bring to boil and simmer for 30-60 minutes (or set Instant Pot to 15-20 minutes on manual, pressurised) |
