Temporary Contract of Consensual Ownership
I, Khaos, hereinafter referred to as slave, do of my own free will, and being of sound mind and body, do hereby offer myself in consensual slavery to Owl, hereinafter referred to as Owner, for the period beginning at midnight on July 19, 2003 and ending at midnight on September 16, 2003.
This agreement may be terminated at any time before the above named date by either party only in the event of breach of contract. On the above named date this agreement will be reviewed, negotiated and rewritten or terminated.
Slave agrees to obey to the best of her ability, and to devote herself entirely to the pleasure and desires of Owner. Slave also renounces all rights to her own pleasure, comfort, or gratification except insofar as permitted by Owner.
Owner agrees to learn what excites slave through exploration and communication and try to incorporate this into the relationship.
Owner accepts full responsibility of slave. This includes but is not limited to: slave's survival, health, physical well being, and mental well being. Slave accepts full responsibility for informing Owner of any real or perceived dangers or safety concerns, but also states that Owner's decision will be final regarding these issues. Owner agrees that slave will not be punished for respectfully stating these concerns. Owner further agrees to listen to slave's concerns with a clear and open mind. Owner shall endeavour not to inflict physical harm upon slave, which might require the attention of someone outside relationship.
Slave agrees at all times to make her body readily available to Owner for his use. Slave will have hair washed and brushed in the style Owner prefers at all times. Slave agrees to wear any and all clothing Owner picks.
Slave shall conduct herself at all times in such a way as to bring honour upon her Owner.
Slave agrees to accept the responsibility of using a safeword when necessary. Slave acknowledges that safeword is "Red" and safe signal(s) will be determined as needed. Owner accepts the responsibility of assessing situations where slave calls safeword and will, to the best of his ability, make judgement on whether to modify the activity or stop activity entirely. Slave agrees to hold no ill will due to Owner's decision. Owner agrees not to punish slave for the use of a safeword.
Slave agrees to answer any and all questions asked by Owner freely, promptly, and to the best of her knowledge. Slave further agrees to volunteer any information that Owner should know regarding slave's physical or emotional state. Owner agrees to never use this information to harm slave in any way.
Slave states that her limits are,
1-3. The obvious (to most) "standard 3" - no kids, animals or dead people.
4. No non-consensually involving others.
5. No cutting, permanently colouring, perming or otherwise altering my hair in any way that would damage it and/or hinder it staying long and healthy.
6. Nothing that will scar or otherwise mark (long term) or disfigure my face.
7. No actual injuries. Ie: broken bones, sprains, head trauma or anything else that should be seen in a hospital.
8. No tattoos, piercings, cuttings, brandings etc. that would interfere with other existing or planned body mods.
9. Any body mods will be done by a reputable artist of my choosing, or at least subject to my veto.
10. I have veto power on tattoo designs & types of piercings, especially if they can't be easily covered by normal (reasonable) clothing.
11. [NAME OF SPECIFIC PERSON]. 'Nuff said!
12. No exchange of bodily fluids w/out proof of disease-free status.
13. No scat, piss, vomit, or any other bodily waste play.
Owner agrees to never violate these limits without prior negotiation of, and consent by, slave.
Slave duties shall not in any way interfere or conflict with other responsibilities, including, but not limited to: work, school, parenting, recovery, family or social obligations.
Slave agrees to address Owner as "Sir" whenever in scene. Owner may address slave in any way he so chooses when in scene.
Issuance of any slave command by Owner shall signal the status of "in scene", until Owner issues the command, "At ease."
Owner agrees to furnish slave with a collar. Slave agrees to wear this collar at all times, except when Owner states to do so would be inappropriate or would non-consensually involve others.
When slave is loaned out to any other individual, she shall treat any and all requests, commands, etc. from that individual as direct commands from her owner. Slave shall address anyone to whom she is loaned in the manner that they wish (with the exception of "Master" or "Mistress", as per Owner's instructions) and treat them with the same respect due her Owner.
Owner shall be responsible for informing those to whom slave is loaned of all rules and limits for slave and making certain that they are respected.
Slave shall immediately or as soon as reasonably possible inform Owner of any problems or concerns.
Slave agrees and understands that any infractions of this agreement, or any act slave commits which displeases Owner, will result in punishment. Slave will gracefully accept punishment and try to learn from it. Slave will not be permitted to use personal pronouns for the duration of any punishment/discipline. Slave agrees to assemble the punishment materials as ordered by Owner and assume any position needed to accept the punishment. Slave understands that failure to comply with Owner's orders will result in a more severe punishment. Slave will also immediately or as soon as reasonably possible, inform Owner of any infraction or wrongdoing she has committed that he is unaware of. Slave shall kneel to Nadu or Whipping position, depending on severity of transgression for all confessions. Owner will inform slave that she is being punished when punishment occurs. Owner will explain the reason for punishment either before, during, or following punishment. Owner agrees to discipline only out of a desire to better the slave, and further agrees to never punish out of, or during, feelings of anger.
